For more than a decade Robert has completed over 500 search assignments for Fortune 1000 companies. His success and achievements are based on his ability to strategically partner with his clients, which allows him to market, recruit and assess top talent. Functionally, he focuses on search assignments for clients in the areas of Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Human Resources.

Prior to starting with The Carmon Group, Robert spent four years as a contingency recruiter with another firm and achieved great success early on. Before beginning his career in the search industry, he attended Purdue University. Robert is also a graduate of Saint Ignatius High School.

Outside of his profession, Robert is very active in Rugby and coaches students who attend his High School Alma Mater. He also played collegiately as an All-American while attending Purdue.

Robert currently resides in Broadview Heights, Ohio with his wife, Patricia.

Nina's main responsibility is developing relationships with engineering and human resource professionals to help guide their career path to positive employment with top manufacturing organizations. Nina works with candidates nationally who trust her level of confidentiality in the search process.

Nina attended The Ohio State University. She has worked in the Professional Services Industry placing accountants, analysts, buyers, and customer service individuals in the Cleveland and Columbus area. Nina was also contracted by Bank of America to aid in the hiring process of financial professionals.

Nina had decided to advance her career in working with The Carmon Group due to their successful relationships with local and national businesses as well as their quality matches for these companies.
