- Step 1 - We begin by asking a candidate to email us their most up to date version of their resume
- Step 2 – We have a phone conversation to discuss in detail the experiences listed on the resume
- Step 3 – We will schedule a candidate to come into one of our offices for a face to face meeting so we can better understand the candidate and discuss opportunities with our client companies
A: You can expect members of our team to be honest, knowledgeable, and professional in working with you to secure new employment.
A: A candidate is placed under no restriction to work with other firms or to actively pursue opportunities on their own.
A: We cannot guarantee a candidate that we have a position for them or that any companies they interview with will hire them

A: No, we do not ‘write’ resumes; however, we do provide useful feedback on writing resumes, directing you to effective resources, and assisting you with writing “thank you’s” to client companies.

A: We will confidentially maintain your information in our database and make you aware of opportunities that arise that may be of interest to you. We encourage a candidate to keep in touch with our staff.
A: We recommend a candidate keep in touch with their counselor and ensure we have your most up to information. Typically, a quick e-mail or phone call every few weeks is sufficient.
