At the age of twenty while attending Cleveland State University, Chris was running a small manufacturing business in Cleveland, Ohio. His work in technical sales and operations continued throughout his twenties until beginning a career as a search professional with a search firm based in Northeast Ohio. In 1999, Chris with a partner formed his first recruiting business. In 2002, with the goal of becoming one of the nation’s premier recruiting businesses, Chris founded the Carmon Group.
As the CEO of the Carmon Group, Chris is responsible for creating the vision of the business, executing business strategy and building the management team to support this business strategy. His work includes the ongoing dedication to community which serves as a barometer for our success in business.
Having started his career as a recruiter in January 1993, Frank brings over fifteen years experience as a search consultant in the technical and manufacturing sectors. Frank is considered by many to be one of the most well respected search consultants in the industry. He has assisted numerous individuals in establishing themselves in new careers as well as leading companies to the next level by securing top-notch talent in the industry. Frank joined the organization in late 2003 and was promoted to the level of Vice President in January 2007.
In December 2007 Frank became the Vice President of Talent and Development. This new role allows Frank to concentrate on the training and development of both new and existing search consultants and recruiters.
Some of the companies Frank has successfully placed candidates with include The Garland Company (Cleveland), Union Metal Corporation (Canton), Eckart America (Painesville), and various divisions of Newell Corporation.
Frank is a graduate of St. Ignatius High School and Case Western Reserve University. He, his wife, and two sons reside in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and are very active in the community.
Eileen is no stranger to the business world. She brings over 15 years of broad-based professional experience in areas including, marketing, project management, customer service, and employment resource services to The Carmon Group.
Eileen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Dayton in Communication Arts, with a concentration in public relations. Eileen also double minored in Marketing and Management.
When Eileen is not addressing the needs of clients, candidates, and colleagues at The Carmon Group, she and her husband Ken keep busy raising their three sons, Ryan, Andrew and Scott.
