Andrew has a proven track record in the Search Industry, with many successful placements in the Midwest for major General Contractors and Construction Management Companies. His successful searches have been in Big Box, Retail, Hospital, Industrial, Concrete, and Public School Construction.

Andrew has a BA from Baldwin-Wallace College. He graduated in 1998 and shortly there after got into the search industry placing Technical and Mid - Level Management positions such as Engineers, Plant Managers and Vice Presidents. His role gradually became more niche focused over the years to eventually evolve into his market practice at the Carmon Group.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Dan attended the University of Dayton where he majored in Public Relations.
