Having started his career as a recruiter in January 1993, Frank brings over fourteen years experience as a placement consultant in the technical and manufacturing sectors. Frank is considered by many to be one of the most well respected placement consultants in the industry and has assisted numerous individuals in establishing themselves in new careers as well as leading companies to the next level by securing top-notch talent in the industry. Frank joined the organization in late 2003 and was promoted to the level of Vice President in January 2007.
Some of the companies Frank has successfully placed candidates with include The Garland Company (Cleveland), Union Metal Corporation (Canton), Eckart America (Painesville), Sanford – a division of Newell Corporation (Tennessee), and Ultra Electronics Audiopack (Cleveland).
Frank is a graduate of St. Ignatius High School and Case Western Reserve University. He, his wife, and two sons reside in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and are very active in the community.
Born and raised in the Cleveland and Columbus area, Joe Turton has been a dominant force in the recruiting industry for the past seven years. He graduated from Lake Ridge Academy in the Cleveland area and then went on to college at Denison University in Granville, Ohio. Aside from being a Psychology major and education minor, he was also an all-conference track and field champion four years in a row. Prior to working with The Carmon Group-Columbus, Joe moved through the ranks at an established recruiting firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Joe Turton is also an accomplished author with two books under his belt.
Eileen Fullenkamp Director of Business Administration
Eileen is no stranger to the business world. She brings over 15 years of broad-based professional experience in areas including, marketing, project management, customer service, and employment resource services to The Carmon Group.
Eileen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Dayton in Communication Arts, with a concentration in public relations. Eileen also double minored in Marketing and Management. She also volunteers at St. Columbkille School, in Parma, where she coordinated the Read To Lead Program for gifted students.
When Eileen is not addressing the needs of clients, candidates, and colleagues at The Carmon Group, she and her husband Ken keep busy raising their three sons, Ryan, Andrew and Scott.

Mark Morek Director
His clients have come to expect a level of service that few others have been able to match. Mark has created true business partnerships and consistently adds value to his clients’ organizations.
Mark has successfully placed candidates in a number of Fortune 500 organizations locally and nationally. He has worked diligently to identify and successfully placed top talent for such key roles as General Managers, Directors of Engineering and Quality, Six Sigma Master Black Belts, Sales & Marketing Executives, Operations Managers, Production Supervisors and Engineers at all levels. When dealing with Mark, it is evident that his West Point Leadership, as well as moral integrity are the factors that allow him to successfully interact with key executives in companies such as Rockwell Automation, Pentair, Invacare, Wayne Dalton, and Rubbermaid. Mark is always concerned for his clients at all levels.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Military History and Systems Engineering from The United States Military Academy at West Point. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and has been a successful search professional for over 6 years.
Tony is committed to providing urgency, honesty and professionalism to his clients. He has proven that the best results are achieved by establishing a strong partnership with the customer.
Tony has provided professional search services in various industries such as: Aerospace, Utilities, Consumer Products, Design/Build, HVAC, Military, Construction, and many more. He has partnered with divisions of Danaher and Newell-Rubbermaid on multiple searches.
Tony Nicol is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where he majored in Marketing. Upon completion of his coursework, Tony worked with the PGA in Houston, Texas. Upon moving back to Ohio, Tony held sales and management positions in the financial services sector before joining The Carmon Group.
Tony resides in Medina, Ohio with his wife and two daughters.
The services that he offers to candidates and clients include the following: locating appropriate qualified candidates; meeting with candidates personally to assess each candidate's interest and appropriateness for a particular search; reviewing resumes; providing detailed and candid information about positions; presenting candidates for appropriate positions; and otherwise facilitating the interview and hiring process.
Andrew received his BA in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College, with an emphasis in Finance. He has an extensive back ground, and knowledge in the executive search field specializing in engineers and factory management. Prior to coming to The Carmon Group, Andrew was the Vice President of a major mortgage bank, in which he helped with staffing, compliance and legal issues.
Lisa provides her candidates with solutions for their current employment needs while securing a foundation for their future career paths.
She enjoys working for The Carmon Group because her extensive knowledge of the engineering and manufacturing industry allows her to identify quality matches for her candidates with local and national premier businesses.
Lisa graduated from John Carroll University. Previously, she has recruited for Ameriprise Financial, a Fortune 300 company and in the logistics field with Optimum Staffing.
Michael Diamond Account Executive
As an individual who understands and appreciates the quality of superior customer service, Mike is sure to instill this within his client base. Hard work and efficient communication coupled with the drive to succeed within the search industry has brought success to his clientele.
Mike has been involved in specific searches with numerous manufacturing organizations while filling a wide range of technical roles. He’s partnered with industry leaders throughout Northeast Ohio and surrounding regions. In doing so, he’s maintained a professional and effective service.
Mike joined The Carmon Group due to their strong industry reputation along with the positive environment instilled throughout the office.
Mike received his Bachelors Degree in Business Management at Hiram College. As a 4-year member of Hiram’s baseball team, he understands hard work and dedication will lead to many successes. Upon completion of his graduation, Mike has worked in management and business sales roles before joining The Carmon Group.

Mike’s wide knowledge of the engineering and manufacturing industries enables him to quickly understand the challenges of our clients, thereby helping them solve problems, develop alternatives, and find creative ways to promote their businesses.
Mike has had success placing Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Buyers, Materials Managers, Human Resources professionals, Production Supervisors, Maintenance Supervisors, and Plant Managers. He has placed candidates successfully at clients such as Lear Corp., ESCO Turbine, MTD Products, FMC Technologies, Edge Seal, Anthony & Sylvan, to name a few.
Mike earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from John Carroll University. After spending 2 years as a Financial Consultant, he decided to pursue his current career in the field of human capital management.
Nina DePiero Project Director
Nina’s main responsibility is to develop relationships with manufacturing and technical professionals and to help guide their career path to positive employment. Nina works with candidates nationally who trust her level of confidentiality in the search process.
Nina attended The Ohio State University. She has worked in the Professional Services Industry placing accountants, analysts, buyers, and customer service individuals in the Cleveland and Columbus area. Nina was also contracted by Bank of America to aid in the hiring process of financial professionals.
Nina had decided to advance her career in working with The Carmon Group due to their successful relationships with local and national businesses as well as their quality matches for these companies.
Katie Nash Project Manager
Katie has worked in management and sales, including employment with a large banking firm in Cleveland. Katie has also been active in her community. She has been involved in organizing community and social events.
Katie is a 2003 graduate of Ohio University and holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications.
Erin Gype HR Generalist / Training Coordinator
Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2005. She majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management, along with a Human Resources Certificate.
Erin has been with The Carmon Group since August of 2005. She enjoys being apart of The Carmon Group’s professional team.
Nick Bursic Project Coordinator
Prior to joining The Carmon Group, Nick was with a technology-focused retained executive search firm where he successfully contributed to the completion of executive level assignments for technology companies. Nick clearly saw The Carmon Group’s relentless passion to find clients the best possible candidates for their growth.
Nick holds a BS in Management and Marketing with a concentration in Finance from the University of Findlay.
Dan Hunt Project Coordinator
Dan is a Research Associate with The Carmon Group. He worked as the Public Relations Coordinator for the Dayton Bombers Professional Hockey team before joining our team.
Dan was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He then attended the University of Dayton and graduated with a degree in Public Relations.
Jerry Hansen Project Coordinator
Jerry is a graduate of The University of Toledo College of Business. After graduation he immediately went to work in the service industry, this experience prepared him for the high performance level The Carmon Group requires.
