Born and raised in the Cleveland and Columbus area, Joe Turton has been a dominant force in the recruiting industry for the past nine years. He graduated from Lake Ridge Academy in the Cleveland area and then went on to college at Denison University in Granville, Ohio. Aside from being a Psychology major and Education minor, he was also an all-conference track and field champion four years in a row. Prior to working with The Carmon Group-Columbus, Joe moved through the ranks at an established recruiting firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Joe Turton is also an accomplished author with two books under his belt.

Mike earned his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from John Carroll University. After spending 2 years as a Financial Consultant, he decided to pursue his current career in the field of human capital management.

Katie specializes in working with mid – executive level engineers within the medical device industry in the eastern part of the US. More specifically she has been successful in working with product engineers, engineering managers, operations managers and research and development engineers in industries such as medical device, aerospace, and automotive.

Katie has worked in management and sales, including employment with a large banking firm in Cleveland before she joined the Carmon Group. Katie has also been active in her community. She has been involved in organizing community and social events, and is an active alumna at her college.

Katie is a 2003 graduate of Ohio University and holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications.
