Mark Morek is a graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point where he majored in Systems Engineering and has a Master's of Science in Human Resources Management. Upon graduation he served 11 years in the Army as an Aviation Officer flying Bell Helicopter and Sikorsky aircraft. Upon moving back to Ohio, Mark created and managed the recruiting operations for The University of Akron’s ROTC Program before joining The Carmon Group.

Mark has provided professional search services in various industries such as: Automotive, Utilities, Consumer Products, Design/Build, Military, Construction, and many more. He has partnered with divisions of Newell-Rubbermaid and Pentair on multiple searches.

Mark resides in Wadsworth, Ohio with his wife and children.
